Great leadership starts with self-leadership

In this module, we will explore why you can be your own biggest risk — and what to do about it. We are all influenced by our habits and unconscious behavioural patterns, so I will help you identify the behaviours that may hold you back in tough situations.

Perhaps you need to handle difficult conversations — letting someone go, addressing poor performance, or dealing with toxic behaviour. I will walk you through three essential steps to elevate your leadership skills and give you practical tools for navigating challenging situations so you can take action with confidence.

Lead for motivation

In this module, you will discover why you cannot motivate your employees directly — and what to do instead. Behavioural science shows that rewards alone are never enough to create genuine, sustained motivation.

You will learn practical tools to help your employees tap into their deeper drivers, understand what truly matters to them, and create the conditions where motivation can naturally thrive.

By the end of this module, you will not only get more motivated employees — you will also see increased engagement, ownership, and productivity across your team.

Lead through change

Leading through change requires many different skills, but in this module we start with the essentials - understanding the emotional and behavioural barriers that shape how people respond to change. We all have natural reactions when faced with change or uncertainty, and once you can identify where your employees are on their own change journey, you can begin to understand their feelings and uncover their deeper needs.
This insight gives you a powerful starting point for leading your team through any transition.
Furthermore, this module will help you get very practical and concrete about which specific behaviours your team needs to change and how to do that.

Lead from strategy to execution

Many leaders struggle to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution — and this often results in wasted time, money, and energy.
In this module, you will learn a highly practical, step-by-step approach for translating big ambitions into clear daily actions. This method gives you a concrete way of running projects where you, as a leader, can support and guide your team far beyond simply announcing a new strategy or direction.

You will also see real-world examples of how other companies have turned a fluffy high-level vision into tangible results — and how you can do the same with your own team.

THE FORMAT

  • One month in total

  • Fully online

  • Two 45-minutes sessions every week

    • Monday sessions: Theory + practical tools, always ​applied to your specific leadership challenge

    • Friday sessions: Focused on your progress, your challenge, and how the tools worked for you during the week
